- The establishment of building control authorities
- The making of building and building control regulations
- Matters relating to the construction of buildings and other connected matters
Building Control Act 2007
An act amending and extending the Building Control Act 1990:
- Regulation of the use of the titles, ‘architect’, ‘quantity surveyor’, and ‘building surveyor’
- Implementation of certain provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 7^th^, 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications
- Provision for matters relating to the above
